Life’s confusing.

Let’s talk about it.

About Us

Welcome to Minding Life — a space created for anyone navigating the chaos of young adulthood while trying to stay grounded, focused, and real. Whether you’re dealing with stress, body image, overthinking, burnout, or just trying to make your tiny apartment feel like a sanctuary — you’re in the right place.

This blog is all about real talkreal growth, and real life advice. No toxic positivity. No perfect routines. Just honest tools, reflections, and routines that actually work in the messy, beautiful process of figuring it all out.

Our Mission

At Minding Life, our mission is to create a calm, honest space for young adults who are navigating the messy, beautiful, and often overwhelming reality of growing up.

This platform is here to support you through the highs, the lows, and the in-betweens — from the pressure of trying to be productive every second of the day, to the quiet moments when your mind just won’t slow down.

We believe mental health and lifestyle content shouldn’t feel clinical, out of reach, or overly curated. Instead, it should feel real. Relatable. Like talking to a friend who gets it.

Whether you’re looking for stress relief tools, simple wellness tips, healthy habit ideas, or just a reminder that you’re not alone — Minding Life is here to offer you guidance that feels grounded and empowering.

We don’t promise quick fixes. We don’t preach perfection. What we do offer is real talk, personal growth, and content that helps you reconnect to yourself — at your own pace. Because you don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to stay curious, kind to yourself, and keep moving.

Who’s behind Minding Life?

Hi, I’m Kaloyan , a student at Saxion University of Applied Science, and the creator of Minding Life.

This blog started as a part of my study project — but more importantly, it’s a response to my own struggles. Like many others, I’ve dealt with anxiety, stress, identity crises, and the pressure of trying to have it all figured out.

Over time, I began collecting tools, routines, reflections, and insights that genuinely helped me feel more grounded — and I realized: this could help others too.

Minding Life is the space I wish I had earlier — a digital corner of the internet that feels like a warm conversation with someone who just gets it.

Thanks for being here — and I hope you find something that sticks, so you can start minding your life in a way that feels good for you.
